RCU Upgrade Program Announcement

Vision Research is committed to maintaining the best possible customer experience when using our products.  To help ensure this experience we are offering a limited time, free upgrade to the first generation RCU.  This upgrade will enhance the controller with new firmware and a faster processor which makes using the device a much more pleasant experience.

This upgrade will be offered to all existing RCU customers free of charge through December 31, 2011.  After this date, there will be a nominal fee for the upgrade.  Under this current upgrade program, customers will receive the parts and labor free of charge but all shipping, taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the customer.  All upgraded units will be covered under a 3 month warranty or the remainder of their existing original factory warranty – which ever is longer.

To qualify for this upgrade, your current RCU must be of the generation 1 vintage.  To verify this, simply turn on the RCU and look at the main screen as it boots.  All generation 1 will simply show RCU on the screen, generation 2 will say RCU2 on the screen.
